PAN is an ancient Greek deity of nature, mirth, the wild, shepherds, flocks, of mountain wilds, and is often associated with sexuality, music and fertility. It was love at first sight for Pan when he met the lovely nymph Syrinx. Syrinx didn’t return his affection. So Pan ran after Syrinx down to the river. Syrinx called upon water nymphs for help, and they turned Pan into willow reeds. As Pan yelled for help, the reeds made beautiful music. Later, when Pan transformed into his original self, he made a musical instrument of reeds, which is called a “panpipe”.
Call upon Pan for help with fertility issues, music, or to relax and enjoy yourself.
