When persuading individuals to take action or adopt change, stories are more effective than facts. Stories bring down resistance and open the mind of the listener to new possibilities. Effective storytelling engages the audience into the story as actors, not simply listeners.
In the challenging times that we are living through, it is crucially important for us to not “fit in,” but rather, express our unique creative spirit that more than anything wants to come through us and find its place in the world. Instead of blindly and passively subscribing to the new normal, let us create “the new abnormal,” in which we step into the radical act of being our naturally creative selves.
If we really want to live in a world of love and joy and abundance and peace, we need to start CREATING this world, and we create this world by ACTIVELY ENTERTAINING the idea of world peace and getting busy and serious creating peace in our own sphere of influence.

A question I’m often asked is, “Is mysticism a religion?”
Mysticism is a spiritual discipline aiming at direct communion with God or the ultimate truth. It is not a religion and, in fact, all religions have mystics. There are Christian mystics, Jewish mystics (Kabbalists), Islamic mystics (Sufis), Buddhist, and Hindu mystics. Where all the tenets of these religions intersect is where you’ll find the mystics.
Imagine the world thirty years from now. Very likely we’ll see quantum computing, nano-tech medicine, 3D-printed organs, artificial intelligence surpassing that of the human brain, possibly fusion power. Your conscious mind is the part of your mind that deals with reason and logic. It is the director of your subconscious mind, which is the part of your mind that deals with energy and creation. Your conscious mind is the logical mind that functions with logic. You think with the conscious mind and it is the programmer of the subconscious mind, which is the creative mind that carries out the program. Convince your logical mind so that it will send the right instructions to your creative mind.
Pure universal knowledge includes everything. If you are adhering to one line of thought, one mode of thinking, one idea structure, and excluding all others, then you are not having pure knowledge. Spirit is identified with the Cosmos itself.
